At Meso Beauty Skin Clinic, it’s important to us that you’re 100% happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please email us at service@mesobeautyskinclinic.com.au with a copy of the invoice. Returns must be made within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product for a replacement or refund to service@mesobeautyskinclinic.com.au
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
Please take a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and email us along with your invoice.
Products can be returned in person to our clinic or via mail. If the item is returned via mail please send a copy of the invoice and postage receipt.
Once the damaged or incorrect product is received, our team will assess and authorise the return.
Returns Due to a Reaction
The products we stock are medical grade and it is important to always use products as directed on the label or by your skin therapist. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately, take a photo of your skin reaction as proof and call us on 0450 292 388 or email service@mesobeautyskinclinic.com.au and our team will assist.
Non-exchangeable/returnable items

- Products purchased on sale, promotion or with a discount code applied are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
